Questions buyers and sellers ask us most.

At minimum: the original Khatian (record of rights), up-to-date mutation (Naam Jari) records, the latest Dakhila (tax receipt), and — for apartments — RAJUK approval and the original land deed chain. We verify all of these before any listing reaches a client.
Most well-priced, properly documented properties in our network close within 3–6 weeks of listing. Documentation issues are the most common cause of delay, which is why we verify everything upfront.
Yes. We regularly support NRB clients with video walkthroughs, power-of-attorney guidance, and remote-friendly paperwork coordination, so you don’t need to be physically present for most of the process.
Our fee is quoted in writing before any work begins and depends on the service — buyer representation, seller representation, or rental management each have a standard rate we’ll walk you through on your first call.
