We’re a Dhaka-based real estate advisory built on one idea: people make the biggest financial decision of their life on a property, and they deserve someone in their corner who treats it that way.
Our Story
It started with a bad contract — and a promise to do better.
In 2013, our founder watched a relative nearly lose a life's savings to an undocumented plot sale in Mirpur. The land changed hands twice before the fraud surfaced. There was no advisor checking the Khatian, no one verifying the mutation record — just a handshake and a hope.
Dhaka Estate was built to close that gap. We started as a two-person practice verifying paperwork for friends and family, and grew, deal by deal, into a full advisory covering buying, selling, and investment across the city — without ever loosening the documentation standard that started it all.

Our mission is simple: no client of Dhaka Estate should ever discover a documentation problem after the registration is signed. We verify before we list, and we explain every clause before you sign — in plain Bangla or English, whichever you're more comfortable in.
